1. Artwork Rules

The following subjects are allowed:

• Original characters
• Fanart
• Real life persons
• Armor/Weapons
• Historical/Fantasy/Sci-Fi/Modern themes
• Furry/Kemono
• Pets/Animals

The following subjects are NOT allowed:

• Mecha
• Offensive/harmful subjects
• R18 material including explicit gore, sexual content
• Imitating art styles

2. Add-Ons:

Additional Fees:

(includes but not limited to)

• Detailed Backgrounds
• Character Design Work (ie: you don’t have an existing character artwork)
• Prop Design
• Commercial Fees

Also Available For:

• Character Sheets (incl. props)
• Illustration work
• Icons
• Chibis
• Assets for Streaming (layouts, emotes, etc.)

3. Progression/Milestones

1. Artwork progress will go as follows:

Sketch ➡ Colour ➡ Final

1. Client may ask for changes at the Sketch and Colour progression.
2. Any changes after the Artwork has been delivered and completed will be charged at a 35% fee or declined at the Artist’s discretion.

4. Rights

1. The Artist retains the copyright and authorship to the Artwork and retains the rights to use The Artwork for promotion/portfolio purposes.
2. To ensure the integrity of work, the Artist will not share any working files with Clients (ie: PSD files) unless stated otherwise.
